The Power of Black Diamond Lines.

It is common to see Union Pacific engines on the BDL mainline.  

This engine is an SD70M.  MU cables, air hoses, gps receiver, and ditch lights are just a few of the extras that have been added.
Southern Pacific cab forward heading for the upper Green River bridge.
 
The Black Diamond Lines 2-8-2 crosses the belt-line bridge.  Soon to be replaced by a draw bridge.
Western Pacific 2251.
Another look at this Norfolk Southern unit.  Can you see the weathering on the front coupler.
An EMD-SD70 Deminstrator.  Three were made, 7000, 7001 and 7002, all which can be seen on the BDL right of way.  Again extra details have been added for that prototypical look.
